Apes Hill Plantation dates back to the mid 1600's when all plantations in Barbados named each field.  To try and keep our history alive, Each neighbourhood and road in Apes Hill has been named after a field or someone/something of significance when Apes Hill was an operating Plantation.   The number One question we receive is "Why was it named Apes Hill Plantation?"  We do not know and can find nothing in the archives to give us any answers.  We can only assume that it is because there were a lot of monkeys around the area at that time.   I will share the names of each neighbourhood and the roads in the neighbou...

With the new Courtyard Villas weeks away from completion the One Caribbean Estate Team visited the site today to view the progression.
